Job Summary

Supreme Urban Realities Pvt. Ltd., a real estate company, is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Sales & Marketing team at Beltarodi, Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining real estate projects, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads for real estate projects.

Handle customer inquiries regarding property details, location, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.

Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain customer details, call records, and lead status in CRM or Excel.

Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation targets.

Build positive relationships with prospective buyers and provide professional customer service.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

Good follow-up and customer-handling abilities.

Ability to work towards targets.

Fluency in Hindi and Marathi; basic English is preferred.

Qualification & Experience

Education

12th Pass or Graduate.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate experience will be an added advantage.
