IIMMIGRATION TELE- CALLER / COUNSELLOR

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding immigration programs, visa categories, and overseas opportunities.
• Assess client profiles based on education, work experience, language proficiency, and eligibility criteria.
• Explain visa requirements, application procedures, documentation, and processing stages.
• Prepare, review, and organize visa and immigration documents.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate with immigration lawyers, authorized representatives, educational institutions, and relevant teams when required.
• Keep updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and country-specific requirements.
• Maintain professional client relationships and provide timely support.
• Follow ethical practices and company policies while handling client cases.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience in immigration or visa consultancy is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, email, and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in immigration consulting, visa processing, or overseas education.
• Knowledge of immigration pathways for Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, or European countries.
• Customer service, counseling, and sales skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
