Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Visa Counselor to guide clients regarding overseas study, work, and immigration opportunities. The candidate will understand client requirements, explain suitable visa options, handle documentation, and support clients throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding suitable study, work, and immigration visa options.

• Understand the client’s profile, requirements, qualifications, experience, and career goals.

• Provide accurate information about visa processes, eligibility, documentation, and timelines.

• Explain consultancy services, fees, terms, and procedures clearly to clients.

• Conduct client consultations and convert genuine enquiries into successful applications.

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly.

• Coordinate with documentation and processing teams to ensure files are complete.

• Check documents for accuracy and identify missing or incorrect information.

• Maintain proper records of client interactions, applications, and follow-ups.

• Keep updated with changes in immigration rules, visa policies, and documentation requirements.

• Handle client queries professionally and provide timely updates.

• Maintain confidentiality of client and passport-related information.

• Achieve assigned counseling, follow-up, and conversion targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of visa and immigration procedures.

• Strong counseling and convincing abilities.

• Customer-service-oriented approach.

• Good English communication skills; Hindi/Punjabi will be an advantage.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

• Freshers also welcomed.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any relevant field.

• Previous experience in immigration, visa counseling, overseas education, or sales will be preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and counseling skills may also be considered.

• Number of genuine consultations and successful conversions.

• Timely follow-ups.

₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
