Telecaller & Visa Counsellor – Overseas Education

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller \& Visa Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with students and clients, understanding their requirements, providing information about overseas education opportunities, and following up with leads to convert enquiries into applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and prospective clients.
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Understand students' academic background, career goals and requirements.
• Explain course, admission and visa-related processes clearly.
• Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with students and agents over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
