Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Executive with at least 1 year of experience in logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, and the ability to efficiently coordinate logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics and transportation operations.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Track shipments, deliveries, and vehicle movements.
• Prepare and maintain logistics reports and records.
• Handle documentation related to dispatch, delivery, and transportation.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
• Use Advanced Excel for MIS, reporting, data analysis, and tracking.
• Resolve logistics-related issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and inventory movement.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics/Transportation.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, MIS, etc.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of logistics documentation and processes.

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in logistics operations, dispatch, transportation, or supply chain will be preferred.
• Good communication and Excel skills are mandatory.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
