CNC Programmer

• Strong knowledge of Mastercam and SolidWorks.
• CNC milling programming and machining knowledge.
• Knowledge of roughing, finishing, pocketing, profiling, drilling, tapping and boring.
• Tool/cutter selection and cutting parameter knowledge.
• CNC tool-path simulation and collision checking.
• Knowledge of machining allowances for Grinding, EDM and Wire EDM.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances and GD\&T.
• Knowledge of work holding, job setting and work zero.
• Strong programming and machining skills.
• Good drawing interpretation ability.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Cycle-time and cost optimization mindset.
• Attention to detail and quality focus.
• Good coordination with Process Planning, Design and Production teams.
• Ability to guide and train CNC operators.
• Strong ownership and process discipline.
