Solar Module Technician / Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Work on the solar PV module manufacturing and assembly process.
• Operate production machines and equipment as per SOP.
• Perform module assembly, cell/stringing, lamination and related production activities.
• Carry out basic electrical testing and inspection of solar modules.
• Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeter and clamp meter.
• Perform basic electrical wiring, connections and troubleshooting.
• Monitor production quality and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Maintain production records and testing reports.
• Follow company safety procedures, quality standards and 5S practices.
• Coordinate with the Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and testing.
• Ability to use electrical testing instruments.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Experience

0–3 Years

Freshers with ITI Electrical or Diploma Electrical qualification can apply.

Pay

₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
