What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and help them choose the perfect Hampers for different occasions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, and gifting options.
• Achieve sales through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order delivery.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidates with experience in retail sales, fashion, lifestyle, cosmetics, jewellery, hospitality, or customer service will have an advantage.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Confidence in interacting with customers and recommending products.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Experience

Freshers can apply; 0–3 years of experience preferred.
