Coordination with Architects (field work)

We are looking for an experienced and confident Architect Coordinator / Business Development Executive to coordinate with architects, conduct meetings, build professional relationships, and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct meetings with architects, interior designers, and design firms.
• Visit architects and firms to introduce company products/services.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects.
• Understand project requirements and communicate them to the internal team.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through architect networks.
• Follow up regularly with architects regarding ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of requirements.
• Maintain records of meetings, leads, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned business development and relationship-building targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architect coordination, business development, sales, client relationship management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in meeting and communicating with architects.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Willingness to travel for architect meetings and site visits.
• Ability to generate leads and develop business opportunities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel/CRM is preferred.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally preferred.
