Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and delivering a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet quality and productivity standards.

Eligibility

• Graduates (Freshers \& Experienced candidates can apply).
• Undergraduates with relevant customer support experience are eligible.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Willing to work from the Chandigarh/Mohali office.
