Who Can Apply? • Graduate in any stream (Mandatory) • Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Strong problem solving skills and professional phone etiquette • Comfortable with computers and navigating web portals
