Sr. HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer administration).

• Conduct structured onboarding, background/document verification, and induction sessions for new employees.

• Maintain up-to-date HR documentation, employee records, attendance, and leave management.

• Coordinate bi-annual and annual appraisal reviews and performance management systems.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, requests, and dispute resolution.

• Plan and execute regular employee engagement initiatives, celebratory events, and team outings.

• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, deductions, and attendance summaries accurately.

• Ensure strict compliance with internal HR policies, labor regulations, and organizational procedures.

• Work closely with department heads and project managers to anticipate hiring requirements.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven HR experience within an IT software/services company.

• Solid understanding of IT job profiles, technical sourcing pipelines, and HR operational procedures.

• Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong organizational aptitude with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Proactive, empathetic, and solution-focused approach to employee relations.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Superworks HRMS or equivalent modern HR software.
