Club Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operations \& Administration Oversee daily club operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments. Conduct daily duty audits to ensure attendance, discipline, performance, and SOP compliance across all departments, including: Operations Manager, HR Executive, Sales Manager, Sales Team, Café Manager, Café Staff, Kids’ Club Teacher, Skating, Dance, Karate, Badminton, Lawn Tennis, Gym Coaches, Fitness Studio, Swimming, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Media Team, Office Boy, Mali (Gardener), Security. Ensure adherence to club policies, SOPs, discipline, and code of conduct Monitor opening/closing procedures, shift management, and floor discipline Handle escalated member complaints and ensure timely resolution Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and external service providers
• Team Management Lead, supervise, and motivate all department heads and staff Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions Oversee proper staffing, duty rosters, attendance, and punctuality Enforce uniform, grooming, and professional behavior standards
• Member Experience Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction Monitor client engagement, feedback, and retention initiatives Build strong relationships with premium and long-term members Plan and manage events, activities, and special programs for members
• Sales \& Revenue Management Track membership sales, renewals, PT sales, and studio program revenue Track daily, monthly, and yearly targets and performance Coordinate with sales team to improve conversions and follow-ups
• Finance \& Reporting Monitor daily cash flow, billing, and collections Control expenses and optimize operational costs Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports Analyze \& Ensure accuracy in Cash, Revenue and other reports
• Safety \& Compliance Ensure safety standards in gym floor, swimming pool, and studio areas Ensure compliance with legal, fire, hygiene, and health regulations Handle incident reports and emergency situations responsibly
• Required Skills \& Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Sales orientation and business mindset Ability to handle pressure and multitask Good knowledge of fitness/sports club operations
• Working Hours 6 days a week (rotational shifts as per club requirement) Availability at club opening hours (6:00 am) and closing hours (10:00 pm) at least once in a week Flexibility required for events, peak hours, and emergencies

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
