B2B TEXTILE Sales Executive

• Handle B2B enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and CRM.
• Contact retailers and dealers for order generation.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Attend and handle customers visiting the office/showroom.
• Welcome customers, understand their requirements and assist them with product selection. Coordinate customer visits, product presentations and order discussions.
• Promote new saree catalogues, collections and schemes.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer activation targets.
• Follow up on pending orders.
• Coordinate with the payment collector for payment follow-up
• Maintain the customer database and update CRM/MIS.
• Coordinate with dispatch, accounts and sales teams.
• Reactivate dormant customers through regular calling.
