### Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase \& Procurement Executive to manage procurement, vendor coordination, logistics, dispatch, documentation, and internal coordination. The candidate will coordinate with factory, project, installation, accounts, stores, vendors, transporters, and management teams.

### Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify material, service, and operational requirements.
• Identify vendors, obtain quotations, compare prices, quality, delivery timelines, and terms.
• Coordinate purchase approvals and finalize POs and WOs.
• Ensure timely procurement and verify received materials against specifications.
• Manage dispatch planning, vehicle arrangements, transportation, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, site teams, customers, and internal departments.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain quotations, comparison sheets, POs, WOs, delivery records, and dispatch documentation.
• Monitor vendor performance, delivery timelines, and procurement efficiency.
• Prepare purchase, vendor, dispatch, and logistics reports.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Escalate delays, issues, and operational risks to management.
• Perform other purchase, procurement, logistics, and coordination tasks assigned by management.

### Required Skills

• Experience in Purchase, Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.

### Preferred

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, project, or similar industries will be preferred.

### Mandatory Requirement

• *Personal Laptop is mandatory for this role.

The candidate must have a functional personal laptop available for regular work-related use.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
