DISPATCH AND STORE IN CHARGE

• Manage daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
• Ensure proper material identification, storage, and stock arrangement.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and organization of the store.
• Plan and coordinate the timely dispatch of finished goods, materials, and other consignments.
• Verify materials against sales orders, delivery challans, invoices, and packing lists.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, loading, and handling of goods.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, sales, production, and other departments.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch registers and shipment-related documentation.
• Track dispatched consignments and follow up on delivery status.
• Ensure dispatches are completed accurately and within the scheduled timelines.
