Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive for a real estate firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales calls, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound inquiries from potential customers.
• Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and investment opportunities to clients over the phone.
• Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.
• Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and deal closures.
• Provide professional customer service and address client queries.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong experience in phone-based sales and lead conversion.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of real estate sales processes will be preferred.
