We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Representative to expand our reach among educational institutions and build valuable institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools, colleges, universities, and coaching institutes to promote BrainBott's AI workshops and training programs.
• Identify potential institutional clients and generate qualified leads through direct visits, networking, and referrals.
• Connect with principals, directors, department heads, placement officers, and institutional decision-makers.
• Present BrainBott's workshop offerings and explain their benefits for students, faculty, and institutions.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate presentations, and follow up with prospective institutions.
• Develop relationships with educational institutions to secure workshop bookings and long-term collaborations.
• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and institutional outreach targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in field sales, educational sales, or institutional outreach.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable travelling locally and conducting in-person meetings.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Basic understanding of AI tools or educational technology will be an advantage.
• Freshers with confidence and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Salary \& Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
• Performance-Based Incentives: Additional earnings based on qualified leads generated, successful institutional meetings, and lead conversions, as per company policy.
