Salary

We are looking for a creative, hands-on professional to lead visual direction and grow our social media presence. You will plan campaigns, create engaging content, and ensure our brand stays consistent across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual direction for campaigns, product launches, and brand communication.
• Plan, create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create or coordinate graphics, reels, videos, captions, and campaign assets.
• Build and manage monthly content calendars and social media campaigns.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and improve content based on insights.
• Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activity, and new creative formats.
• Work closely with the in-house team to deliver campaigns on time.

Requirements

• Experience in creative direction, social media marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital marketing.
• Good visual sense and ability to guide graphic design, photography, or video content.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio of social media, design, or campaign work is preferred.

This is an in-house role in Surat. Both full-time and part-time candidates are welcome to apply.
