Position: Retail Sales Officer (In-house Sales)

Qualification

Any Graduate/Under Graduate

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.

• Understanding need of customer \& Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations

• Conversion of sale, Up/Cross selling,

• Assisting in maintaining the back stock and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor

• Complete Stock Counting \& Tallying

• Focus on Non-Purchaser follow up.

• Provides outstanding customer service.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

• Knowledge of digital platform i.e. Social media \& basic computer knowledge
