Equity Derivative Dealer / Stock market analyst

Job description:-

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant profile
• Certification: NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives (Mandatory)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Position Overview

• Manage client relationships and portfolios within the retail wealth segment.
• Execute trades across Equity and Derivatives markets.
• Provide market updates and investment-related support to clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Drive revenue through brokerage and cross-selling of financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement \& Relationship Management

• Manage and regularly engage with assigned clients.
• Share relevant market updates and equity ideas.
• Understand client investment requirements and risk profiles.
• Conduct meetings with existing and prospective clients.
• Acquire new clients, drive account activation, and reactivate dormant accounts.

Trade Execution \& Advisory

• Execute client orders accurately and promptly through trading terminals across Equity, F\&O, and Currency segments.
• Guide clients on trading/investment requirements and assist with margin and exposure management.
• Ensure timely trade settlements and operational accuracy in adherence with SEBI, Stock Exchange, and internal compliance guidelines.

Revenue Generation \& Cross-Selling

• Achieve monthly and quarterly brokerage revenue targets while increasing trading volume and client engagement.
• Cross-sell financial products including Mutual Funds, IPOs, Fixed Deposits, and Insurance.
• Promote Margin Trading Facility (MTF) to eligible clients.

Pay

₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
