Telesales Executive

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers: corporates, architects, builders and developers, colleges and universities, hospitals, hotels, factories and government departments.
• Introduce Momentum's products and services, and understand each customer's requirements, timelines and budget range.
• Fix qualified appointments for the sales team based on their territories.
• Collect customer feedback and follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.
• Build target-account lists through data mining and social media lead research (LinkedIn and similar).
• Run basic email campaigns to prospects and existing clients.
• Update every call, lead and meeting outcome daily in our CRM and Excel trackers, and share qualified leads and post-meeting remarks with the sales team.
