Urgent Hiring | Chinese sous Chef - Lucknow

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chinese Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily Chinese kitchen operations.
• Prepare authentic Chinese dishes, sauces, gravies, noodles, and fried rice.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor stock, control wastage, and maintain inventory.
• Ensure timely food preparation and smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow standard recipes and company food safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and recipes.
• Ability to manage kitchen staff and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management.
• Candidates must be willing to attend a practical cooking trial.
