Job Description We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to join our team. The candidate will support the recruitment process, coordinate with job applicants and help identify suitable candidates for client requirements. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and references. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Candidate should have good convincing skill required Contact candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp. Explain job openings, salary details and interview schedules to candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients. Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance and joining. Support the team in achieving recruitment targets and deadlines. Skills Required Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi. Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel and email handling. Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work with targets. Interest in HR, recruitment and talent acquisition. Who Can Apply? Fresher’s interested in building a career in HR Recruitment. MBA HR, BBA HR Prior recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates Own Laptop is mandatory for this role.
