VMC Machine Operator

Job Title: VMC Machine Operator Department: Manufacturing / Production Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Looking for an experienced VMC Machine Operator to run machines, perform job setups according to drawings, and deliver high-precision components safely and on time. Key Responsibilities Operate VMC machines (Fanuc / Siemens / Haas controllers). Read engineering drawings and adjust minor offsets/programs. Perform job setups and load correct cutting tools. Inspect finished parts using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges. Perform daily machine maintenance (coolant & oil levels) and maintain a clean workspace. Requirements Education: ITI (Machinist/Turner) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 1–3 years in VMC operation. Skills: Knowledge of G-codes/M-codes, technical drawings, and measuring instruments. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
