Site Supervisor (Civil Construction) Freshers

We are looking for energetic and hardworking Site Supervisors to join our construction team. Both freshers and experienced candidates with ITI or Diploma qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers.

Monitor labour productivity and daily work progress.

Ensure construction activities are carried out as per drawings and instructions.

Monitor material usage and site requirements.

Maintain daily site progress reports.

Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.

Assist site engineers in planning and executing construction activities.

Eligibility & Requirements

Qualification

ITI (Civil / Draughtsman Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Basic knowledge of building construction and site activities.

Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.

Good communication and team coordination skills.

Willingness to work at construction sites.

Hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn.
