Key Responsibilities

Handle tour inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in clients

Design and sell domestic and international tour packages

Follow up with leads and close sales targets

Manage bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation

Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Provide excellent pre- and post-travel customer support
