OT Technician

Perform scrub duties and assist surgeons during various surgical procedures.

Have hands-on experience in handling Orthopaedic surgeries, including fracture fixation, ORIF, and other orthopaedic procedures.

Assist in General Surgery, Laparoscopic Surgery, Urology, Gynaecology, and other surgical procedures.

Prepare the OT, surgical instruments, implants, and equipment before surgery.

Maintain strict aseptic techniques and follow infection control protocols.

Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and handling of surgical instruments.

Check the availability of surgical instruments, implants, consumables, and equipment.

Assist in positioning and preparing patients for surgery as directed by the clinical team.

Maintain OT records, sterilization records, and surgical checklists.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and biomedical waste management protocols.
