Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed and Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring updates.

Assist in employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication initiatives.

Support onboarding coordination and other recruitment-related activities.

Requirements

Final-year student or recent graduate in BBA, MBA, HR Management, or a related field.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic understanding of recruitment and online job portals is preferred.

Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.

A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Nagpur.
