Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end technical hiring process and bring the right talent to our growing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub and other job portals
Understand technical JDs and screen and shortlist candidates (Java, React, Node.js, Python, AI/ML, etc.)
Conduct candidate calls, schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and hiring managers
Handle offer negotiation, follow-ups and candidate engagement until joining
Maintain daily updates in trackers and the ATS
