About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are interested in building a career in business development, sales, and the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate potential business leads through online research and various platforms.

Research companies, clients, and decision-makers in the IT industry.

Use LinkedIn and other platforms for prospecting and lead generation.

Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and professional networking.

Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining lead databases.

Support the business development team in achieving sales targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research.

Willingness to learn lead generation and client handling.

Proactive attitude with good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of the IT industry will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.

Graduates, final-year students, and recent pass-outs with suitable availability are welcome to apply.

Candidates must be willing to work on-site from our Indore office.
