Job Summary

Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of beverage preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.

Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through excellent service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Verify guest age where required and comply with company policies.

Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, if required.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender in a lounge, bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry.

Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage presentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Hospitality or Hotel Management qualification is an advantage.

Experience in high-volume restaurants, pubs, or lounge bars will be preferred.
