Office boy

About the Role: We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and helpful Office Boy to assist with daily administrative and pantry tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining workplace cleanliness, serving beverages to staff and guests, handling local outdoor errands, and supporting general day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Pantry & Hospitality: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff, management, and visitors; ensure pantry supplies and drinking water are adequately stocked.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

Keep work desks, conference rooms, pantry, and common areas clean, tidy, and organized throughout the day.

Errands & Deliveries: Handle local outdoor tasks, including bank visits, post office errands, purchasing office supplies, and collecting or delivering physical documents/parcels.

Office Support: Assist staff with basic tasks such as printing, photocopying, document filing, moving light office equipment or stationery boxes, and preparing meeting rooms before client visits.

Security & Lock-up: Assist with opening and closing the office premises, ensuring lights, fans, air conditioners, and office electronics are turned off at the end of the day.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

10th standard (SSC) or 12th standard (HSC) pass.

Experience

Prior experience as an office boy, pantry boy, or peon is preferred, but freshers with a positive attitude can apply.

Skills & Attributes: Punctual, polite, trustworthy, and able to understand basic instructions in the local language and Hindi (basic English is a plus).

Conveyance

A valid two-wheeler and driving license is preferred for outdoor errands.

Pay

₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
