What You’ll Do
Handle incoming customer communications via Call, Email, and WhatsApp.
Address user queries, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex cases.
Guide customers on platform features and user navigation.
Perform outbound follow-up calls to engage potential clients.
What We’re Looking For
Any Graduate with 1+ years of relevant experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.
