Telecalling Executive – SaaS Sales

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our IT company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our IT products and software services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.

Explain the company's software products, IT services, and SaaS platform.

Generate new leads and identify business opportunities.

Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings or product demos.

Maintain customer information and call records.

Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements and Skills

Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.

Basic English communication skills preferred.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.

Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
