Vardaam Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a growing technology company delivering web solutions using WordPress, Laravel, React, and modern frameworks for global clients. We are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter to manage hiring activities and help us build a strong team.

Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements and source candidates for technical and non-technical positions.

Post job openings on Company’s Website, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

Screen resumes, conduct initial calls, and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, maintain recruitment records, Support employee joining formalities and documentation as required.

Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Assist with routine office administration and day-to-day coordination when recruitment workload is low.

Requirements

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills with effective follow-up and multitasking abilities.

Basic understanding of IT roles and technical recruitment.

Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is an advantage.
