We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to carry out electrical maintenance, plumbing and general repairs across our buildings.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and maintain lighting, electrical fittings and plumbing systems.

Identify and repair water leaks, faulty fittings and other maintenance issues.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and general building repairs.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and staff.

Coordinate with specialist contractors when required.

Maintain records of completed work and materials used.

Follow safe working practices, including power isolation, suitable PPE and safe ladder use.

Requirements

Practical experience in electrical work, plumbing and general maintenance.

ITI or relevant technical qualification preferred.

Ability to diagnose faults and work independently.

Responsible attitude and good communication skills.

Willingness to travel between company properties in Ernakulam.

Pay
