Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Service Technician to join our technical service team. The ideal candidate will assist in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of equipment while ensuring high-quality customer support. The role requires a willingness to learn, travel for onsite service assignments, and provide technical assistance to customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Performing basic technical task such as quality inspection, functional tests, repairs of packaging, sealing and coading machines.

Perform onsite and offsite service activities, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment as assigned.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers through video calls whenever required.

Deliver basic technical training to customers to ensure proper usage, maintenance, and safe handling of equipment.

Requirements

ITI, Eng. Diploma

Fresher are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant service or maintenance experience will have an added advantage .

Physically fit and willing to travel for onsite service assignments and handle equipment.

Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Hours

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
