About the Position

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join its clinical team. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, responsible, and professional, with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hospital or clinical environment.

Both freshers and experienced candidates with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) qualification are welcome to apply.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT).

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients' functional abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.

Develop and implement appropriate occupational therapy intervention plans based on patient requirements.

Provide occupational therapy services to improve patients' functional independence and daily living skills.

Support patients in developing or regaining the skills required for daily activities.

Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans as required.

Maintain accurate patient records, therapy notes, and clinical documentation.

Communicate relevant observations and progress to patients, parents, or caregivers, where applicable.

Follow the hospital's clinical protocols, professional standards, and patient-care procedures.

Coordinate with other healthcare professionals when required.

Maintain a professional, compassionate, and patient-centred approach throughout treatment.

Candidate Requirements

Must hold a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) qualification.

Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient, responsible, and professional attitude.

Comfortable working in a hospital or clinical environment.

Ability to interact effectively with patients and caregivers.

Willingness to follow the hospital's working schedule and employment terms.

Relevant clinical experience will be considered an advantage for experienced candidates.
