Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to support business development, acquire new customers, maintain client relationships, and increase courier service bookings and revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers, corporate clients, and businesses to promote courier and logistics services.

Generate new business leads and develop opportunities to increase sales revenue.

Visit clients and explain the company's courier services, pricing, and delivery solutions.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers to convert leads into business.

Coordinate with hub operations and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and periodic performance updates.

Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

Support customer acquisition, account management, and client retention activities.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the courier or logistics industry.

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong customer relationship management and business development abilities.

Knowledge of courier services, logistics operations, and local market conditions is preferred.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and coordinate with different teams.
