Job Description

PeeKay In-Store is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and professionally skilled Brand Promoter – KOHLER to represent the premium KOHLER brand at our showroom in Edappally, Kochi.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a professional personality, and the ability to promote premium bathroom products and sanitaryware while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Promote KOHLER sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, faucets, showers, and other bathroom products to showroom customers.

Explain product features, specifications, benefits, designs, and pricing.

Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their preferences, requirements, and budgets.

Generate customer interest and support sales conversion.

Maintain KOHLER product displays and ensure proper brand presentation within the showroom.

Coordinate with the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets.

Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Stay updated on KOHLER product launches, innovations, and promotional activities.

Ensure consistent brand representation and maintain KOHLER's premium brand image.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation with an MBA is required.

Previous experience in brand promotion, retail sales, or customer service will be an advantage.

Experience in sanitaryware, tiles, bathroom fittings, or premium retail brands is preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong customer-handling, product-presentation, and sales-conversion abilities.

Professional grooming and a customer-oriented attitude.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly salary

₹30,000 – ₹35,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
