Lorio Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to handle showroom sales and customer relationships for our premium imported Italian marble, tiles, sanitaryware and luxury building products.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features, specifications, pricing and applications.

Generate quotations and follow up with prospective customers.

Convert showroom enquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets.

Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing customers.

Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, accounts and installation teams for smooth order execution.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/Odoo.

Build strong relationships with customers, architects and interior designers.

Ensure an excellent showroom experience and professional customer service.

Requirements

2–6 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales or building-material sales.

Experience in marble, tiles, sanitaryware, interiors, construction or building materials is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales, negotiation and customer-handling abilities.

Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Good presentation and grooming standards.

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience and current package, with performance-based incentives.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
