About this job

Salesforge builds cold email infrastructure: Salesforge, Mailforge, Infraforge, Primeforge and Warmforge. We're hiring an Email Deliverability Engineer to own deliverability across the whole product suite.

What you'll do

Own all deliverability topics end to end: inbox placement, sender reputation, bounces, blocks and spam folder issues

Manage our sending IPs
pools, warmup, rotation, reputation monitoring and blocklist remediation

Run and tune our mail server stack (Postfix, Exim, Dovecot) on Linux

Investigate client accounts with deliverability problems, find root causes and drive fixes with the customer and our support team

Configure and audit email authentication: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, rDNS, MX

Monitor mailbox provider signals (Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS, feedback loops) and react before issues reach customers

Work with backend engineers on tooling, alerting and automation for deliverability

What we're looking for

2+ years hands-on with email infrastructure or deliverability

Strong Dovecot experience (must have), plus Postfix and/or Exim

Deep understanding of SMTP, DNS and email authentication

Comfortable on Linux servers
reading mail logs, debugging delivery, scripting

Experience with IP warmup, blocklist delisting and reputation management

Investigative mindset
you enjoy digging through logs and headers to find why mail isn't landing

Nice to have

Background at an ESP or cold email / sales engagement platform

Experience with PowerMTA, KumoMTA or similar MTAs

Python, Go or Bash for automation

Why join

Fully remote, with at least 4 hours overlap with GMT+3

Own a business-critical area across five products

Small, fast team working directly with the CTO
