Job Overview

As a Freelancer - HR Recruiter, you should be able to collaborate with the managers on a regular basis and be able to attract candidates for available roles using various sources, like social media networks, job portals, etc.

Job Responsibilities

Understand hiring needs of clients for various technical positions

Advertise, screen and shortlist resumes

Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates

Maintain a database of candidate records, and candidate relationships and perform data analysis

Regular Reporting

Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work

Mandatory Requirements

Good spoken English

Effective communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines and anticipate next steps or needs

Work effectively both independently and as a team

Good understanding of HR terms and policies

Knowledge of Digital Marketing

Prior experience in recruitment and working knowledge of ATS will be an advantage

Desired Requirements

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate or PGD in HR Management

Knowledge/experience of E2E recruitment cycle

Knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
