Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other hotel facilities.
• Manage housekeeping staff, duty rosters, and task allocation.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance departments.
• Monitor room readiness and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and housekeeping quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage daily operations efficiently.
