Housekeeping Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning \& Sanitizing: Thoroughly clean and disinfect all assigned areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common spaces).
• Floor Care: Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, carpets, and rugs.
• Bed \& Linen Management: Change bed linens, replace towels, and manage laundry.
• Restocking Supplies: Replenish toiletries, cleaning agents, and other guest/room supplies.
• Waste Removal: Collect and dispose of trash and debris.
• Surface Care: Dust, polish, and clean furniture, fixtures, and upholstery.
• Maintenance Reporting: Promptly report any damages, malfunctions, or safety hazards to management.
• Guest Interaction: Handle guest requests, find and log lost \& found items, and maintain guest privacy.
• Equipment Management: Clean, maintain, and properly store cleaning equipment.
• Health \& Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
