Job Description

• Conduct individual and group career counselling sessions to understand students' needs, interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
• Guide students on academic streams, subject choices, and career pathways, including relevant higher education and career opportunities.
• Conduct career awareness workshops and interactive sessions to introduce students to diverse career options, courses, entrance pathways, and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain counselling records and coordinate with school staff to ensure effective planning, implementation, and follow-up of career counselling activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, with an interest in career counselling and working with students.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport with students.
• Ability to work independently and manage counselling sessions effectively, while maintaining professionalism and ensuring a student-focused approach.
