Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Shipping \& Courier Executive to manage day-to-day shipping operations, courier bookings, shipment tracking, order dispatch, and coordination with courier partners. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple shipments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping, courier bookings, and order dispatch operations.
• Coordinate with multiple courier partners for shipment pickups and deliveries.
• Generate shipping labels, AWB numbers, invoices, and other required documents.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays and courier-related issues.
• Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
• Handle RTO (Return to Origin), reverse pickups, and return shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, tracking details, and daily reports.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, warehouse teams, and courier partners.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on pending or undelivered orders.
• Assist in managing shipping costs and improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper handling of COD shipments and delivery-related updates, where applicable.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate with relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in shipping, courier, logistics, or e-commerce operations; freshers may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and computer applications.
• Familiarity with courier booking platforms and shipment tracking systems is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience with e-commerce shipping and courier management.
• Knowledge of AWB generation, shipping labels, RTO, NDR, and reverse logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple courier partners and shipment records.
