Tele Calling Executive

Job Overview

Ascot Asia is seeking a motivated, communicative Telecaller to manage end-to-end phone-based sales and customer interactions. In this role, you will reach out to prospective candidates, address inquiries about training programs and services, gather prospective client requirements, and drive enrollment and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound \& Inbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective students and leads using structured call scripts; answer inbound inquiries regarding courses, training programs, and services offered.
• Lead Conversion \& Sales: Understand prospective candidates' specific needs, present appropriate programs/solutions, and close sales or course enrollments over the phone.
• Query Resolution: Address customer doubts, questions, and concerns promptly to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Client Meetings: Assist in scheduling and managing client/candidate virtual or in-office meetings directly from the office.
• Database Management: Collect, record, and regularly update candidate details, interest levels, call status, and follow-up notes in the database.
• Communication : Handle prospective client emails, draft professional responses, and manage follow-up correspondences.
• Reporting: Maintain daily logs of outbound/inbound calls, leads generated, and targets achieved.
