Role summary

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing customer inquiries, coordinating orders, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure a smooth process from initial contact through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and route requests to the appropriate sales representative.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, order confirmations, and other sales documents.
• Enter and track customer orders; coordinate with operations, inventory, and shipping teams.
• Maintain customer, lead, and sales data in the CRM and other company systems.
• Follow up on quotes, orders, and customer requests in a timely manner.
• Schedule sales meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
• Help resolve order issues and communicate updates to customers.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and special projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional business or sales training is an advantage.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or administration preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and CRM or order-management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
